Before and After is a business term that is well understood. Now we are experiencing a Pre and an uncertain Post COVID19 Shutdown! Frank owns his own small business and he is surrounded by other merchants in the original shopping mall in Yorba Linda. Frank's business was shut down for three months and now its back up, is it the same? Did Frank return to Normal, ANormal and were there changes that had to be made? Frank will relay the steps that he had to take to get his company back to some reasonable form of functionality and profitability and he will be interviewing other merchants that have been experiencing the same decision making within the same complex. Meanwhile, the State of CA who oversee's this current Shut Down of Small Businesses is busy at revenue generation for the State Treasury and a good deal of it is slated to come from the Small Businesses and in and during a time of great disruption and distress. Time to turn on the light!
