The biggest conspiracy I could find about MSTR is that it will actually become the private arm of the USA Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. Do I think this is possible? Yes. Do I think it's likely? No. However it is worth considering, and points at the biggest risk of MicroStrategy imo. Not your keys, not your coins.
I love MSTR as an investment personally, but I know that risk and have no better options in registered accounts.
