In June of 2021, the NCAA abolished rules against collegiate athletes profiting from endorsements, allowing student athletes to use their Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) for their own benefit. Springfield College students Jack Habersaat, Reese Merritt and Braedan Shea explain the advantages for athletes, but also reveal the unpredictable disparities resulting from that change of policy.
