We kick Season 2 off by chatting with Sam Walker, co-director of Aussie Prospect in South Australia
Sam’s franchise has been ranked as the #1 Aussie franchise since 2018. In 2019, they won the ABA award for Best Franchise. In addition, they have just been announced in the MPA’s top 25 brokerages.
Sam has been involved in the Adelaide Real Estate industry since 1988 and play an active role in helping clients purchase property through competitive finance products that are suited to individual’s needs. As a mortgage broker with Aussie, he provides guidance to first home owners through to the investor who needs to restructure their finance to gain maximum benefit from every dollar invested.
In this episode, I talk to Sam about how he runs his day; his daily disciplines and how he manages his time. He peels back the curtain on his business and talks about his office structure. We also discuss how to recruit and retain brokers.
