This BIG Idea is a project I did last week for a group in the West.  We summarized all of their E&M codes for the past couple of years by month and provider and then used Excel tools like Slicers and Timelines connected to a Pivot Table to make an interactive analysis tool.  Once you have the data, the Excel tools to make this interactive are easy to apply and even easier to use.  What insights are waiting in your E&M data?
