It can be very easy these days to allow your eyes to fall upon darkness. Social media has made it so you can access sin with the click of a button! By allowing our eyes to watch things we shouldn't watch, we allow darkness to enter our hearts. Matthew 6:22-23 says, "The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!" Darkness comes in many forms -- lust, anger, bitterness, rage, envy, strife, and more. The easiest way to let darkness in is through your eyes. Be careful what you look at! Keep your eyes on Jesus, and you'll be full of light!
