Jesus was transfigured (appearance changed) in front of Peter, James, and John. Pay attention to His explanation of why this occurred. Jesus instructed the men not to share what they experienced until Jesus had risen from the dead. He continued to heal others, but His disciples continued to struggle in their faith. The love of God for every soul that may be saved is strong and far reaching. We are to hold brothers and sisters in Christ accountable with the intent of bringing them back into fellowship with God and the church. If we understand the grace of God expressed in forgiving us, we will desire to forgive others.
