Listen "Hope in Exile: Sermon"
Episode Synopsis
The introductory sermon in our series, "Digital Babylon: Developing Resilient Faith in Exile." In this sermon we make the case for how living as Christians in the modern, western world is similar to ancient Jews living in exile in Babylon. We draw our framework from Daniel 1, asking the question, "What was different about Daniel and his friends that allowed them to be resiliently faithful to God in the face of cultural coercion?"
