Do you ever get those days where someone says something or something happens that triggers a thought or emotion from the past? That happened to me yesterday in a workout and reminded me of thought I would have in a race when someone says "good job, you're almost there" and I knew I was nowhere near the finish line with hours to go.
Changing that mindset at that point was what i would do and remind myself to follow through with my plan.
