What do I mean by wear the coach's presenting hat? Simply this : next time you sit in on a presentation either in-person or virtual, within your own company or at an event think about the feedback you would give the presenter if you were their presentation coach. In sport we 'watch and learn'. In business we tend to watch but not often think about learning as well. In the episode I relay a recent example of where I watched a presenter in action and wore the coach's hat.
