In this BPT interview we meet Leigh Kelly who was born and raised in South Africa and had a passion for eating chocolate from a young age. Her conversation reveals the story of why she launched Zaeire Artisan Chocolate and the origins of its name.

The business has grown over the last few years, with Zaeire chocolates now being stocked in select outlets nationwide and also available in the online shop as well as a physical shop which Leigh opened in July 2021 in Bridgetown, Co Wexford.
