Thank you to The BPM Festival and Listed Productions for bringing me to Playa del Carmen, Mexico for another amazing experience!
Recorded 11pm-12am at the The BPM Festival: Listed Presents PLAY, idea was to keep things deep but also bring it up a notch as the dance floor is steadily growing during this time -you should feel that transition.
Being the first major party of the New Year I like to bring all new music, not all just released, but music I have never played before anyway, so other the the opening track and a couple towards the end everything was new to me.
La Santanera is one of my favorite venues for its sheltered roof but open sides, affording protection from the elements with beautiful views and the cooling ocean breeze.
The party had just the perfect amount of people this year, and such a fun crowd to play for too! Sandwiched between friends Andy Warren and Mikey Lion & Porkchop in the lineup, really couldn't ask for more :)
Was really feeling the sound system too!
