To describe this episode as a roast dinner i would say slightly water gravy and underdone veg but the heart of the meal, the potato and steak, are cooked well and seasoned to an average standard... so if that mouthwatering description doesn't make you want to get all 60 mins of it into your ears i don't know what will.
