Introducing BEING ATHLETE - BEING HUMAN with Lena Bradaric! I'm Lena Bradaric, a former professional basketball and German National Team player and certified coach. During my career as a professional athlete, I struggled with all kinds of mental & physical health issues, such as eating disorders, body image issues, performance anxiety, ACL surgery or shoulder surgery, a millions of insecurities, burnout and self-doubt. I experienced all of this while performing on the highest level in Europe and was too scared to talk about it.
Here, on BEING ATHLETE - BEING HUMAN, I want to give all of us a space to feel seen and safe. I want to invite you to show up as you are & take the mask off. You are good enough. I am good enough. We are good enough.
