Two years ago, Storm Babet brought flooding and chaos to Brechin in Scotland. In this Behind the Headlines special investigation our reporter Dale Eaton is in Brechin to look into why it's still causing problems, even after all this time. When Storm Babet hit in October 2023, 200mm of rain fell in just two days causing devastating flooding. Two years on, many people are still out of their homes, without neighbours and a community, and with no idea when Brechin will move beyond Babet.
