In this episode we explore reading the Akashic Records which are described as a library of information that contains the vibrational details of each individual soul and its journey.Krista Rauschenberg is a dedicated Akashic Records Facilitator and a Certified Breathwork Practitioner who is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to self discovery and spiritual healing.  With a deep connection to the spiritual realm, Krista has honed her ability to access the Akashic Records.  With a compassionate approach, she is committed to empowering individuals to tap into their inner wisdom, heal past wounds, and embrace their true potential. And our willing participant is Carly Hopkins is an independent writer/director and graduate from Pratt Institute where her senior thesis film, On the 99th Night, won first place at the university’s competitive annual Film Festival. Carly is now focusing on her first feature film, Local Girl with the ultimate goal to write and direct films that center on the female experience and leave an impact on audiences who crave empowering stories.
