It’s been three years since we last checked in on Lexington native Chris Shaw, and he’s back this week as he prepares to head out to Arizona for spring training with the Chicago White Sox. Chris talks about his journeys through injury rehab and professional baseball, how the recent changes to the Minor Leagues impacted his golf game, and his new walk-up song. Chris also heaps praise on fellow BC graduate and soon-to-be-Major-Leaguer Sal Frelick, reflects on the lack of female coaches in professional sports, and comments on the allure of the Savannah Bananas.
