Listen "75 Protective Buffering"
Episode Synopsis
Our brains are really good at protecting us from hard feelings. We all have coping mechanisms that we just "happen" to fall into when we're trying to avoid something that our brain deems unsafe. In this episode, I want to talk about these concepts of buffering, what that looks like, and how it can be supportive until you recognize you no longer need it. Crazy, right ;-) Related Links: Coaching with Dr. Angela Follow Dr. Angela Marick on Instagram Get the Book 'Beauty in the Brokenness: One Woman's Voice' How can you support?
