What does compassion look like when you bring it into duality?   We are made up of so many different parts, including some not-so-nice ones that are there FOR us, as an invitation to look deeper within and discover our truth.   What if instead of thinking of all the ways we could be 'better' or comparing ourselves, we practice wanting the person we are in this moment? The good and the 'bad' that we deem unworthy.   I want to know HER. All of her.
