1. Challenge yourself to notice cues that you may be ungrounded from yourself and the web of life. Cues include short, fast, held breaths, tight body, mean thoughts about yourself and/or others. When you notice one of these cues check out your breath. It's likely you aren't breathing in a connected way. So when you notice this, choose to breathe in a connected way and notice what changes for you.
2. Schedule 2-3 times today to pause, observe your breath, and choose long, deep, connected breaths.
