In this weeks episode of The Becoming a Champion Show, Coach Dana Cavalea takes on the topic of No B.S. Leadership.
It had to be discussed. Too often the word leadership is a happy-go-lucky topic, but truth be told (and those who actually lead know this) it can be tough, mean, and ugly. Now, we have to talk about how you can be great at it and help you team, company, and self win big by getting it right, once and for all.
Remember:
A worried leader creates a worried team.
A cheap and scarcity driven leader creates a fearful team.
A weak leader gets pushed around by their team.
A fearful leader micromanages their team.
When a leader decides to step-up, stand-tall, and dive all-in- everyone wins and that takes tremendous courage today to not fall for cultural and societal pressures on how to lead and lead well.
Remember this:
A strong leader strengthens his/ her team....
A bold leader lifts their team....
A convicted leader instills confidence in their team....
A passionate leader fills their team with passion and excitement...
A courageous leader lets their team know: It will all work out (and work out in our favor)....
