In this episode I talk to Vanessa Gentile, Director Alliance and Channel Switzerland at Salesforce, and mother of two boys about her journey into the tech industry and why she has launched the program "Bring Women Back To Work".
Vanessa tells us about her inspiring journey from being a child of immigrants climbing her way up to being a leader in the tech industry. Speaking six languages, she started at the criminal police department as a simultaneous translator, then worked in the court, for an insurance company and now is a top leader at Salesforce. She is an advocat for learning by doing and going with the flow. 
Knowing how difficult it is for women, especially in Switzerland to return to work, after a career break, she launched the program "Bring Women Back To Work". A 12-month learning experience for women who took a long career break and want to enter a new Industry. The goal of this program is to find job opportunities within our Ecosystem through Salesforce, partners, and customers.
