We actually used the Word of God as a weapon this week. The holy spirit spoke to me on various occasions this week and reminded me that there is a better way..... I wasn't responding well.
When my expectations as a mother and a wife are not met, when my agenda or my plan does not play out- I get frustrated. I'm working on patience.
Instead of responding on impulse, God reminded me of the these scriptures that we are hiding in our heart. Psalms 133:1, Romans 12:16, and Acts 4:32
He said "there is a better way"
In the hard moments, I began to remind myself that "I can make choices that cultivate harmony in my home." "I do hard things." God began to remind me of His spirit, His power, His grace living on the inside of me.
My house will be a house of peace.
My home will be filled with people living in harmony.
Together my family and I will have a shared vision.
God will be honored with my conduct.
Where there is unity, God commands a blessing.
Be Salt, Be Light!
