So, I’m taking the opportunity to hit on some of the highlights that really shed a light on how existing while black is criminalized and attacked. I’m talking about the incident at Starbucks that resulted in the arrest of 2 black men, the murder of 4 black people at a Waffle House by a white supremacist, the arrest of a young woman at a Waffle House in Alabama, and the recent comments by Kanye on Twitter. So much to unpack. Too much to unpack.Segment 2: Self-CareBecause life these past couple of weeks have been insane (and I didn’t even tough on everything that went down!), I’m calling for a social media detox for all of us. We gotta sage our phones and tablets, ya’ll. I’m giving you 4 tips (and a bonus) on taking a vacation from social media and reconnecting with your life.
