In today's world everyone is addicted to their phones and spend most of the time of everyday life on their phones. It kinda hampers with productivity, lifestyle and health. With the increase of screen timing, the phone addiction is taking over our entire existence and we are slowly becoming the prisoners of this digital world. This is my smallest contribution to digital minimalism by practicing which we can improve our health, lifestyle and productivity.
