In this episode, Gus and Alex took a deep dive into Nephrite. Nephrite is a censorship-resistant, non-custodial, governance-less, overcollateralized by $BEAM confidential stablecoin on the Beam blockchain. The Nephrite Dapp allows Beamers to mint $NPH by locking Beam as collateral by opening what is known as a trove. These collateralised debt positions can be closed and the $BEAM returned, by paying back the $NPH debt that was issued. !
