Listen "12 - Three Uncomfy Truths About Why We Judge and How to Stop Being a Judgey Mcjudgerson"
Episode Synopsis
If Judgey McJudgerson and Judge Judy had a baby, that would have been me. The old me was constantly criticizing others but on this journey, I have found that my judgment was actually a reflection of myself. I still have a long way to go, but I don’t find myself judging others nearly as often as before. But when I do, I can catch myself and figure out why I am being judgmental. This is something we all deal with. For some, this is a huge problem and for others it is something we’re already working on. No matter where you are in your journey, today’s episode serves as a reminder and a guide to turn your judgments back on yourself. It definitely gets uncomfortable because for many of us, this means we have to face parts of ourselves we don’t like. But you are a work in progress on your journey to being you.
