Instead of fighting who he was, he leveraged it, drawing on his martial arts training as a black belt in Karate and Jiu-Jitsu to develop an authentic approach to connection. Through his book "The TAO of a Master Connector" and his LinkedIn Live show, Steve now teaches other introverts that their perceived weakness can become their greatest networking strength.
