Okay I'm currently obsessed with composing for imaginary spaces, places, journeys—the whole immersion into imaginary audio experiences... So here is a short sketch for what is now turning into a new symphonic work - themed "haunted weather" I'm using a mixture of field recordings, instrumental scoring and processing to create soundscapes that seem to morph between "composed" and "unfolding" in time. This one I tried to pitch my instrumental parts of elements in the field recordings like traffic, birds, wind sounds or water. Sometimes even I forgot if that is an instrument or a truck idling near the original field recordist.... This is a good one to sit back with the headphones and take an imaginary walk with me.
