Jen is the mom of two amazing boys (ages 11 and 13) and married to her high school sweetheart of 24 years. She began her life coaching business in 2022 after 16 years as a bedside nurse. During the pandemic she began a personal growth journey that would ultimately lead her to an alcohol free lifestyle, quitting her job, and starting her own business within a 4 month period.

Jen knew that she would have an even greater impact on the lives of women by teaching them how to manage their minds and feel their feelings rather than escaping with the overconsumption of food, alcohol, social media, etc.

She believes that we all deserve to THRIVE- not just survive. Armed with the power of belief anything is possible. Jen meets virtually with her 1:1 clients to help them improve their careers, relationships, health, and more.
