You know when your best friend calls and after an hour of conversation, something comes up i.e., getting an oil change, taking out your braids, studying, etc? What do most of us say? "Girl, let me call you back." Nine times out of ten, there is never a callback. It's kind of like this podcast, we've been gone for some time dealing with the various things life has thrown at us, but we're back. A callback, just checking in, circling back - if you will. And we're better.

In this return to our podcast, we come back in true awkward girl fashion. We're talking about navigating our "late twenties" - that's right, fully accepting our auntie role, trusting our gut (we've managed to make relatively solid decisions so far, let's not talk about the decision to eat Ben and Jerry's despite our digestive disagreement), just getting old - yeah, I'm talking to you my good sis who turned around for a bombastic side eye and regretted it and trying to find a partner who will genuinely indulge our desire to be a passenger princess.

It's been hard, but God has been good to us! We've missed you all.
