We are down to the last part of our whole-wellness series, mental wellness, and with perfect timing, during May which is Mental Health Awareness month. 1 in 5 Americans alone have or have had a mental illness, it is either you or you know someone who suffers. It is important to discuss and keep an open line of communication so that the stigma is erased and people understand the origins and triggers, and learn how they can heal themselves and/or support others.
