Each week authors must race the clock to meet the required writing challenge. Four presidents of publishing houses will be listening for commercial viability while guest judges ranging from actors to publicists, and multi-media heads of companies evaluate the quality of the writing. These evaluations will determine who moves on to the next level. The last author standing wins a traditional publishing contract, the dream of many authors. Writing Reality, the literary showdown between four authors (Dr. Michael Nelson, Lisa Towles, Shelia Bell, and newcomer John R. Kyle), begins recording August 4th with the first episode airing August 11th at 7 pm EDT. The show will be a joint production of AITL Media and 40 Day Writer, LLC.
