Episode Synopsis

In this episode I share the importance of acknowledging our emotions. It can be difficult to control what we're feeling in the "heat of the moment". Many of us are used to suppressing our emotions and lose control when they creep up during unexpected circumstances. An example is when a relationship ends badly or someone walks out on us with no closure. A lot of thoughts run through our mind: negative self-talk, sadness, anxiety, etc. By being aware of our emotions, can help better control our actions moving forward.
