Have you noticed that when you are excited and having fun, time seems to go by fast? And what about a slow day, a boring event, or a long speech? God, as one who lives outside of time, is not bound or constrained by time. But He designed it for us for various reasons. God´s plans and promises are established in His knowledge and control of time. Interim Pastor Thomas Smoak looks at two verses in 2 Peter to show us some of the purposes of God´s time.
