Listen "Don't Feel Shame Over Little Habits That Help"
Episode Synopsis
On today's talk Jonathan and I are discussing one of those weird human phenomenons - our ability to feel shame over little things we do even if they actually help us!
Oftentimes the stories we tell ourselves that are ingrained from childhood, school, family, peers, friends, etc have us judging many things we do through the lens of what THEY think, or what we think we SHOULD BE doing or HOW we should do things based on what we've learned... even if it's not the best for us!
Here's some advice on how to get over those feelings and actually enjoy the little habit implementations that can improve your life, even if it doesn't "seem" right.
