We are entering three weeks of a government shutdown with lawmakers admitting they don't see much of an end in sight. Meanwhile, Democrats are continuing to push for an extension of Obamacare subsidies to prevent premiums from skyrocketing on the health care for many Americans.

On Ask The Expert we are joined by Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne, a republican whose district includes portions of North Dallas County.
