Huen Wong is the Principal of Huen Wong & Co. and former Greater China Managing Partner at both Simmons & Simmons and Fried Frank. Huen spent 18 years at Simmons & Simmons from 1988 and then 15 years at Fried Frank. He is a Senior Crown Counsel at Attorney General’s Chambers and an ex-president of the Law Society of Hong Kong. Wong also has decades of public service experience, including stints with the Department of Justice, the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong SAR government, and the Competition Commission. Huen is additionally a former chairman of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and former president of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
