We all know they exist... and its not always pleasant! But there is a way to approach these people from a place of love! And it all starts with having compassion for all. I share my experiences with you, and how i've gotten to a place of space holding for negative energies, or as i like to call them... energy vampires :) Understanding how important communication is, and also knowing how to send people love, even when they only have hateful things to say.... Heres an important message:An unhealed person can find offense in pretty much anything someone does. A healed person understands that the actions of others has absolutely nothing to do with them. Each day you get to decide which one you will be. Blessings!
