Carly was one of my first interns back in 2019 [picture this: only 4 clients and my vision]. Once the timing was right and I was in a place to do so [August 2021], I asked her to come on as my first salaried employee and even more MAJOR.. MY COO!!Carly has been by my side since the very beginning and her story is such an inspirational one! Not many people can say they became the COO of a company at 24 years old. This story will give you chills and show you that you don't have to be like everyone else, you can have your own journey and when you find peace in that, everything will align. We also talk about Carly's experience leaving a small town in South Carolina to live in different states month to month, not settling and finding her own independence.
