there are a bunch of people in the u.s. who became wealthy by scamming a lot of other americans out of their lives basically.   i was thinking about it today, how college degrees in the past may have been one of the scams. the bad degrees drowned the person who was seeking the degree. they went in to debt and lost a lot of time, but at the same there were people benefiting from the scam.  it happened in a lot of other ways too, by shutting certain people out of the workforce , housing and things like that.  obviously this is not a complete opinion but its kind of like i am saying there are a lot of rich people in the u.s. because they scammed a lot of other people, and now these rich people may not be recieved very well in the upper echelon.
