i called walmart today, there is an "ai assistant" . when i talked to the "ai assistant" i think it thought someone was being rude because the "ai assistant" said the word "annoying" and transferred the call several times to a number that hung up immediat 10/01/2026

walmart orders keep getting cancelled for people the last couple of weeks and there is something issuing refunds to people who use walmart online when there was no request for a refund i personally got like 500 dollars worth of refunds back 10/01/2026
