Listen "Supporting India’s Master Artisans"
Episode Synopsis
On today's episode, host @arvindvijaymohan speaks to Sundeep Bhandari, a collector whose passion for art resulted in his taking a big step forward, pushing him to dawn the hat of an active cultural promoter. Sundeep is the Founder Trustee of the Craft and Community Development Foundation, a not-for-profit initative that undertakes projects that support and fund regional and tribal artisan communities. These projects introduce the artisans to new concepts and designs while retaining the purity of the craft's origin. Sundeep tells us about the importance of supporting this fabulous mission and shares with us his learnings as a collector, promoter and a hobbyist painter.
