Evgeni Malkin has been on a tear to begin the season, currently tied for the league lead in points. Sidney Crosby has yet to register a goal and has just 3 assists. They've already sat Tristan Jarry for back-to-back games in favor of rookie Joel Blomqvist. While they aren't lighting it up, the power play process has taken a step forward. The team is also getting contributions from depth forwards such as Lars Eller and Kevin Hayes, while also getting 11 points from the blue line through their first 4 games. J
