Before bed I become manic as I wait for my medicine to kick in. Sounds like the perfect time to have a discussion, right? Second, it is my intention to de-stigmatize Bipolar Disorder, and shed some light on what it actually means to LIVE with a mental health disorder. I humbly hope you enjoy my content.
