Episode Synopsis
Felt off - questioned covid - got real and realized... I am the problem - I am the solution.
Tired
Wore out
Head banging
Taste and smell was off
Chills
Went back and forth for a week feeling better then worse.
Today I feel normal - what the hell caused this.
My mind jumps the gun thinking the flu / covid / life...
So I took a little ownership of my mind instead of renting our my own truth to the stories of the masses.
I am the problem I am the solution - how about you?
Do you point the finger - ok ok maybe you now someone who is pointing the finger instead of asking the question what got me here.
I made a list of all the shit I have done wrong VS the flu or covid or.....
Here’s what I came up with
For the last two weeks
I have not drank as much water
I backed off Vitamin C
I backed off multivitamins’
I backed off amino acids
I had 4 different times in the last 2 weeks family came into town and I ate like I was on vacation.
I have slept like shit cause my baby girl keeps getting up at 1 am. There is a solution.
I backed off walking in the AM as much.
I backed off deep meditation settling for breathing meditation
I shifted from a proactive state to a reactive state
I shifted from moving within my day with power to forcing life as it was forcing me.
What the hells the solution?
What’s the path?
What’s possibility?
#1 Stop lying - this is on me.
#2 Stop reacting - get back to moving from a place of earned power.
How
Own the morning
Stop doing the shit that takes from my own ability to have a body on fire.
My question for you?
Where are you pointing the finger at a society accepted excuse?
Where do you need to look in the mirror - take account of your actions?
Where do you need to stop being reacting and starting owning your day being proactive with the things that make you - unchained from excuses and whatever life throws at you?

I have learned a great deal in life from my success and or more from my failures.
This challenge has giving me the ability to pivot, to learn, grow - gain clarity I could only earn within this process.
I believe its not the destination - its about the journey and the man we are becoming on a day to day bases.
Becoming a better man, husband, father - a fighter so that I can continue to stand for what matters in life.
I don’t want you to join the challenge!

I just believe you will rise within the challenge for you, your family - your journey.
