Jan. 11, 2025 ~ Loren Venegas grew up in Redford, Michigan of Mexican descent. He began working at age 15 as a dishwasher and spent 22 years in the restaurant industry. In 1995 he joined his brother Frank and The Ideal Group, where today he is the CEO. Ideal Group consists of six separate business units from design-build work for the construction industry to supply chain solutions for the major automakers.
