I use they/them pronouns.  I am a certified breathwork facilitator and somatic practitioner, among other titles.  It is my utmost goal to hold safe and secure spaces for queer and trans folks. At heart I am a humanitarian, doing my best to continue learning and growing as well as unlearning toxic norms, on which I was raised.  I am grateful to be able to share parts of my story with you.
