Local families who find their hearts are leading them to adopt a child face some big obstacles. Especially when there are plane fares, administration fees, and time off work to make it happen. One man, who was orphaned as a child, and KNOWS the struggles firsthand, started a non-profit that raises money to help families with adoption fees.
