Thousands of people were infected with HIV and Hepatitis after being given contaminated blood by the NHS in the 1970s and 80s. Many have since died - more are gravely ill.  The government has been directed to pay compensation to those affected and quickly, yet hundreds of people haven't received a penny. Jason Evans lost his father when he was four years old as a result of the infected blood scandal.
